I am a project manager and civil engineer by profession
I spent the first two years of my professional life working as a junior civil engineer helping clients visualise their dream structures and bring them to light in the most accurate, structurally intact and aesthetically pleasing manner.
I have worked with medium sized construction companies including Unik construction company in Botswana. I have also worked with Non-profit organisations as an entry level project manager for two years now, through working with Non-profit organisations, I learnt about stakeholder engagement, social media marketing as well as website creation, considering I worked closely with the developers that created our website and software.

I led a fundraising event from planning phase to execution phase. Our endeavour was to raise money for women and girls in the urban areas of South Africa by engaging with donors and sponsors. A joint collaboration with the Mazars organisation. We were able to raise ZAR100,000 and purchased raw materials to create sanitary packs for the young women and girls across South Africa.

Wimar (Pty) Ltd
I served as a resident civil engineer overlooking the refurbishment of the Botswana Power Corporation main substation.
This project was valued at an estimate BPW5000,000.
We built the substation building, the platforms on which the towers were placed and rebuilt the oil dam. I was responsible for planning, designing, signing off, inspecting and executing the project, as a junior engineer!
Web Design
I worked with the developers that created the new heritage foundation web page. I served as a scrum master, eliminating any and all obstacles and escalating any issues faced during the sprints we had.
I work with incoming Mastercard Foundation scholars as a mentor and tutor at the University of Cape Town. I organise social gatherings and networking events for the scholars as well.
